Recipe Bizir Sirani (water melon seeds)

Water melon seeds


1 kilogram bizir
water
1 teaspoon soda
salt
pepper
lemon

(different quantities according to taste)


Boil the bizir until it is covered with water and add a teaspoon of soda. Cook until well-done. Wash them twice or three times. Put them on a large tray. Add salt, pepper and lemon. Bake them for about 15 minutes.
