small bunch of parsley
1/2 cup dried mint
cucumber
tomatoes
green onions
lemon
olive oil
salt

(different quantities according to taste)


Cut the vegetables, parsley and mint in very small pieces. Add a mixture of lemon, olive oil and salt.
