Visit Palestine
submitted by Artas Folklore Center

Photos of Solomon's Pools and the Convent of the Hortus Conclusus can be found on a couple of pages in this lovely coffee table type book by the creators of www.palestine.ps, one of the first visually appealing and evocative websites in the Palestinian Tourism sector which appeared back in 2008. The Artas Folklore Center and the Artas Lettuce Festival is also mentioned. A private initiative, the founder of the site, Sami Khouri, was among the partners of the Artas Folklore Center in the Twelfth Annual Lettuce Festival that took place that year. The book is published by Sami's company Alternative Business Solutions.http://www.visitpalestine.ps/photobook
