In cooperation with Artas Folklore Center,Jerusalem-based Daher Travel offers a selection of Artas experiences and itineraries.




Let Daher tours get you to Artas, so you can save your time and effort for your hike, ramble, museum visit, lunch or folklore show.




1. Half-day Ramble from Solomon’s Pools to Artas. (including lunch , folklore show and cultural museum in Aratas)
Cost per person: ($25 including lunch)

Description: Half-Day Ramble starting at Solomon's pools, ramble through biblical Etam, Ain Attan, French Garden, to Hortus Conclusus –Shu’eb Sitt Louisa. Mid-day visit to Artas village center for Palestinian meal overlooking the Church of the Enclosed Garden (Hortus Conclusus). Folklore Show- (optional).



2. Full day Hike from Solomon’s Pools to Herodion
(including lunch , folklore show and cultural museum in Aratas)
Cost per person: ($30 including lunch)

Description: Full day Hike from Solomon’s Pools to Herodion with Mid-day visit to Artas village center for Palestinian meal overlooking the Church of the Enclosed Garden (Hortus Conclusus). 8-10 hours. Folklore Show- (optional).



3. Full day Solomon’s Pools, Artas and Bethlehem
(including lunch , folklore show and cultural museum in Aratas)
Cost per person: ( $35 including lunch)

Description: Starting at Solomon’s Pools, through biblical Etam, Ain Attan, French Garden, to Hortus Conclusus –Shu’eb Sitt Louisa. Mid-day visit to Artas village center for Palestinian meal overlooking the Church of the Enclosed Garden (Hortus Conclusus). Bus drive to Beit Sahour visit Shepherds fields. Continue by bus to the Nativity Church and the milk grotto in Bethlehem.

4. Cultural visit to Aratas
Cost per person: ( $22 including lunch)

Description: Visit to Museum with presentation/lecture about Artas history and heritage (1/2 hour). Short walk past Shueb Sitt Louisa, mosque, Ain Artas, Cemetery to Hortus Conclusus (45 minutes)
Lunch and Folklore Show (1 ½ -2 hours).
Special meetings with local community, handicraftsmen and women can be arranged.
Free time to pick vegetables/buy souvenirs etc.
