Debka is one of the things everyone looks forward to at Festival Time. Despite last minute withdrawals and additions, there were many troupes, some all male, some all female and some mixed, each with distinctive styles and costumes. Best of all, the audience was so enthusiastic that there was impromptu dancing on the stage after hours.
